Ed has particular experience with lender representation, both secured and unsecured. Because of his experience representing lenders Ed can act in an expedient manner to preserve and protect a creditor’s rights.

In the event that a borrower or customer of the client files for bankruptcy protection, Ed can provide his client comprehensive representation and counsel during reorganization and liquidation proceedings, including filing motions to lift stay or to obtain adequate protection.

LITIGATION
In the event a client needs to file suit or defend a suit, Ed has the necessary experience and skills to litigate the issues.

Ed has routinely represented individuals and companies in collections, business and corporate matters in city, state and federal courts in South Central and West Texas.
